Resettlement
Our programs provide recently arrived refugees and legal immigrants with housing, food and clothing, and translation as needed, as well as English-language instruction, job training, employment help, immigration and other counseling services.
Community Services
The RIRC provides immigration services including: relative petitions, citizenship, permanent residency, replacement of lost or stolen documents, special protected status, deferred enforced departure and family unification.
Adult Basic Education
The Adult Basic Education/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ABE/ESOL) Program was designed to assist low-income immigrants and refugees in acquiring the necessary level of English language skills to enhance their employability.
